Advologix.com LLC Partner Program
Advologix is committed to recruiting, developing and supporting partners with a comprehensive program based upon mutual success in the Legal Practice Management (LPM) marketplace. Advologix believes that our success is dependent on legal practice management experts who have the technical skills, legal practice management knowledge, and most importantly the field relationships required to support law firms of all sizes in the transition to cloud computing.  In return Advologix provides our partners with the tools, financial incentives, and market-leading technology like no other that will ensure your success in this time of rapid change in the legal practice management industry.
There are two basic partnerships to choose from based upon your specific interests and level of commitment.

I - AdvologixPM CONSULTING PARTNER (ACP)
ACPs are existing providers of legal practice management consulting services and attain appropriate certification in the AdvologixPM product and foundational elements. Based on the completion of these requirements and signing an ACP Agreement, ACP’s will receive a multi-year revenue share on reported customer subscriptions. In addition ACPs will receive active trial prospects, other leads and support programs from Advologix allowing them to build a business practice around the AdvologixPM solution. ACPs provide support and offer value-added consulting services to their established client base.
ACPs must be registered with Advologix.com LLC by completing the online application, agreeing to the Advologix ACP Partner Agreement, and completing the appropriate ACP certification and training.

II – AdvologixPM DEVELOPMENT PARTNER (ADP)
Organizations who obtain advanced certification in the Force.com platform and related technologies can apply to become AdvologixPM Development Partners. ADPs create net new products that provide additional or extended features and functions and can be sold within the AdvologixPM Community Marketplace. The AdvologixPM eco-system provides a robust development and run-time environment to create valuable new products for practice management and Advologix welcomes community development toward this end.
ADPs must be registered with Advologix.com LLC by completing the online application, agreeing to the Advologix ADP Partner Agreement, and completing the appropriate ADP certification and training.

General Partner Program Elements
In order to ensure success of our partners we are committed to supporting you with low-overhead, high value marketing, communication, and support functions to streamline your success. We will work with you to complete the requirements necessary to become successful in the program of your choice. These activities include:

Comprehensive No-Fail Support – The AdvologixPM Partner Program is built from the ground up with you and your client’s success in mind. We provide our partners and your clients 24x7 access to our support team which includes email, web-meeting, chat, and telephone access. You will never be left stranded at a customer site without access to problem solving resources.

Building and executing a Sales & Marketing Plan - Blending your strengths and experience with a joint commitment that is well defined ensures financial and customer success for all. We will work with you to create an efficient but comprehensive sales and marketing plan for AdvologixPM and consulting services. We will work together to outline how your organization will market and support AdvologixPM, the resources you will commit, the markets you will sell to, and the projection goals you will target. Advologix will support you in co-marketing efforts, such as joint customer seminars, marketing collateral, web registration syndication, and other lead generation activities.

AdvologixPM and Salesforce.com Training - Thorough training is critical to a partner’s success. Customers know when a partner is trained, has experience, and is committed to the product and most importantly has the backing of the vendor. Hands on experience working with AdvologixPM and a dedicated “sand box” environment are provided for each of our qualifying partners. Our customer service team will shadow you on your first customer deployment to get you off to a great start and we will never be more than a phone call away when you need to talk to someone that can resolve an issue when you are onsite at a client.

Regular Communication – We will thrive together because of regular two-way communication. We will listen to you and provide means for you to provide input, track input, and know that your ideas make a difference to the product and our mutual success. You will receive our monthly partner newsletter “Partner Matters” to keep abreast of all that’s new with AdvologixPM including advanced insight to upcoming AdvologixPM features and enhancements.

Tracking Customer Success – We will regularly survey customer success and provide regular feedback on how we are doing and how you are doing so we can continue to promote our best partners and ensure that our product is supporting you as well as you are serving and supporting our customers. These surveys will provide valuable information as to how we can both work together better from the customer’s perspective.

 
Partner Program Details


ADVOLOGIX PARTNER PROGRAM

AdvologixPM Consulting Partner (ACP)

Definition

  • Advologix provides Opportunities to ACP and/or ACP introduces AdvologixPM to opportunities
  • ACP provides legal practice management  services to client in support of AdvologixPM deployment
  • Advologix prepares and presents proposal to end-user or partner and closes jointly with consulting partner

Support

  • ACP provides level 1 support to Opportunity Account. Level 1 support is taking initial problem or issue information and creating a Support Case in the Partner CRM System
  • Advologix.com provides level 2 and level 3 support through partner.

Requirements

  • Completed Advologix Partner Agreement
  • Complete AdvologixPM Partner Training Session
  • Obtain three net new AdvologixPM customers per year
  • Maintain an 80% retention rate of existing customers
  • One or more Salesforce.com Certifications (see below). Salesforce.com training acquired through the Advologix Partner Program as necessary.
  • Advologix Certified Partner Training
  • Partner will maintain a positive response on Advologix customer satisfaction surveys which will be performed on a regular basis

Commission Plan

  • Advologix.com pays 20% of net subscription to ACP partner on a recurring revenue basis by term of subscription on an as-paid basis to Advologix by AdvologixPM subscriber.

Partner Fees

  • Annual partner program fees of $500 per year which include: AdvologixPM Business Development Training, Partner Program Training, AdvologixPM Training, Product Update Training, AdvologixPM Demo System and an AdvologixPM Business System

Salesforce.com Certifications Available

Salesforce.com Certified Administrator
This exam covers knowledge of the breadth of applications, the features/functions available to an end user, and the configuration and management capabilities.

Advanced Administrator
This exam covers broad knowledge of the full application suite and the identification of appropriate solutions to specific business challenges/process requirements.

Force.com Developer
This exam covers the declarative functionality of the Force.com platform, the creation of applications using the standard Salesforce interface, and the basic use cases for Apex and Visualforce.

Force.com Advanced Developer
This exam covers Apex code and custom interfaces using Visualforce, code development within the Salesforce interface or the Force.com IDE, deployment of production-ready applications, and managing development on Force.com.

Salesforce.com Certified Consultant
This exam covers identifying, articulating, and using the unique capabilities of a SaaS/PaaS environment and gathering requirements and designing and deploying a successful solution based on these capabilities.
